Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
noisy room terrible service
The location was great with plenty to explore nearby and close to major shopping areas
The room was quite noisy I could hear every sound from the next room at 5 a.m. Trying to get a drink at the rooftop and downstairs bar was difficult. The service was terrible there.

Excellent Stay
effective blackout blinds breakfast variety helpful staff
The room had effective blackout blinds, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful (they always had a smile).
I found the Zephyr Bar host to be somewhat rude.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient for visiting main attractions. Everything is easily accessible by foot. This makes it a great starting point for exploration and enjoying the surrounding sites.

The hotel offers a variety of breakfast choices. Guests can choose their favorite style of eggs and various coffee options. I was surprised by the many kinds of breads and jams available (a pleasant surprise!).

the location is easily accessible to top tourist attractions and the ferry terminal. the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. the room was a good size and well equipped.
