The location was great with plenty to explore nearby and close to major shopping areas
The room was quite noisy I could hear every sound from the next room at 5 a.m. Trying to get a drink at the rooftop and downstairs bar was difficult. The service was terrible there.

The room had effective blackout blinds, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful (they always had a smile).
I found the Zephyr Bar host to be somewhat rude.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient for visiting main attractions. Everything is easily accessible by foot. This makes it a great starting point for exploration and enjoying the surrounding sites.

The hotel offers a variety of breakfast choices. Guests can choose their favorite style of eggs and various coffee options. I was surprised by the many kinds of breads and jams available (a pleasant surprise!).
